Pamela Anderson
JOHN MCCLURE SNOOK FAMILY YMCA
BIO
Originally from New Jersey, my husband and I relocated to beautiful South Alabama in 2002. I have been part of the South Alabama Y Team since 2009 mainly at our John McClure Snook Family YMCA branch, and more recently at our Bounds Family YMCA branch. Helping people move better, gain strength, increase endurance and improve mobility is my passion. My goal for clients is that they feel empowered physically, as well as emotionally, throughout their training process. There is nothing more exciting for me than to take that journey with a client and see them achieve their goals! When I am not at the Y, I spend time with my family, either watching my daughter on the volleyball court/beach or my son playing soccer or basketball.

JOHN MCCLURE SNOOK FAMILY YMCA
BIO
In 2000, I became a Personal Trainer so I could help others feel good– not just physically but mentally and spiritually too. I love helping people but wanted to help in a way that would last them a lifetime, not just for a “moment”. That is what I love about being a trainer – I can help people set goals and reach them. No matter the goal… weight loss or gaining strength, starting a workout or needing to change up an existing workout, recovering from an injury/surgery or building on what you are already doing… I am here to help you reach whatever goals you are trying to achieve. Life is worth living and should be lived with a smile.

Favorite Exercise: Anything in the water! I feel water is a forgiving medium allowing a more challenging workout without the impact on the joints.
