Everyone has their own goals, which are part of their unique pathway or “journey” toward wellness. Our role is to recognize that members define their own wellness journey and to engage them in ways that support them in meeting their goals.
We do this in group exercise and in the wellness center by creating a welcoming environment where members feel invited, respected, and safe and by facilitating connections to the people, information, and opportunities that will help members reach their goals.
